At present, the Advocacy and Legal Assistance Centre may be contacted by citizens via regular or electronic mail. To inform us of the problems you are confronting, you may fill in the electronic form on this site, in the "Accessing the Centre" section. You can then send this form to us by regular or electronic mail.

In order to be able to benefit from our assistance for the case you are informing us about, you also need to fill in appendixed form; by signing it, you assume the obligation to respect the rules it announces.

In filling in the form, please bear the following in mind:

a)     The information filled in the form must be typed, if on a computer then using a font no smaller than Times New Roman 12;

b)     The form will not be printed/filled in one-sided, not on both sides;

c)     The account given of the act may not exceed the allotted space. This is why you must present the facts concisely, chronologically, covering relevant aspects rather than subjective considerations;

d)     You may attach no more than 15 pages of copies after relevant documents, as evidence.

            If supplementary information is needed for the clarification of the case, it will be requested by the counsellor in charge or your notification.

            The Centre will keep documents sent during the assistance period for one year after the date of your last correspondence.
